For her Spring/Summer 2012 runway show British designer Vivienne Westwood takes the platform shoe to new extreme heights!

 

 And just when you think you see a normal pair of shoes, you look close and see that the model is wearing a band-aid, her nails are not manicured or polished and she's got a roughed up tatoo!  Gotta love Vivienne Westwood!
