The soon-to-be former Editor-in-Chief of French Vogue passed on some fashion tips to her fashionable daughter Julia. As revealed by the off-spring to Style Magazine. She revealed that her mother told her "Try not to over think it, because, if you do, it's not authentic. [Also] navy and black is one of the best combinations. And never to pluck my eyebrows which I did and now regret."(source) The French "IT" girl also tells the magazine of her aspirations to be a model and how her mothers career and life effected her growing up "When I was 16, seeing my mum surrounded by all these models, I secretly wanted to do it, but only because it would have been flattering for my ego. When I got to 20 I thought, 'Ok, I'm too old now.' Then Tom Ford called." The famous designer has been quoted describing Julia's look as "exactly what beauty is to me".Credit: Contact Music
