You Be The Judge...Did Ivanka Trump Wrip Off Derek Lam!

The shoe in question is Ivanka Trumps $150 Cadie wedge from the Ivanka Trump Footwear Collection and the shoe which designer Derek Lam is saying she copied is his $780 “Ayami” design.  As reported by WWD and People's Magazine's style news.  Lam's lawyer's have given Trump 7 day's to pull the shoes from shelves.(source)

WWD reports:

“We have seen very similar copies before but we have never seen a shoe that perfectly copied,” said Jan-Hendrik Schlottmann, chief executive officer of Derek Lam. “It’s such an investment to make a shoe … we had to protest this.”

I don't know about you but to us this definitely scream's a designer knock off!
