“The company believes it can more effectively service its customers by focusing on growing the Marshalls brand,” company vice-president Doreen Thompson said in an email to Global News. Marshalls opened its first Canadian store in Toronto earlier this year....Stylesense opened its first store in September, 2008 in Vaughan, later adding stores in Mississauga and Oakville. The store focused on offering designer labels at discount prices. But sources say sales fell below expectations in at least two of the stores."(source)
We loved shopping there and finding great designer shoes at affordable prices. I guess we'll just have to stock up and take advantage of the additional 20% off everything in the store until it officially closes it's doors in Vaughn Mills, Oakville Place and Heartland Center. We're bumbed that Stylesense had to pay the price for Canada getting Marshall's!
Here are some of the shoes we found on sale...(check out in store for more deals)
Elizabeth and James on sale $50 with additional 20% off |
L.A.M.B Nathan Peep-toe Bootie on sale $120 with additional 20% (also available in black) |
